Vincent's journey to become a science educator started when he served as a teacher's assistant at UMD, facilitating recitation classes for general and organic chemistry. After graduating, Vincent became a high school teacher in NYC through the NYC Teaching Fellowship, and taught chemistry and earth science in Manhattan. In addition to teaching Chemistry at The School for Young Performers, he is also teaching general chemistry and organic chemistry at Kean University, and is teaching piano as a private piano teacher.
